Who is this actually for?

It's not for people looking for a magic button. You bring the taste and creative direction; together we build the system around it.

Do I need any paid tools or subscriptions?

Accepted Answer

You'll need access to an AI writing tool and an image generation tool. For the smoothest experience, I currently recommend Claude Cowork, but we can adapt to the tools you already use. We'll get everything set up together in Session 1.

Question 3

What if I already have a logo or a brand identity started?

Accepted Answer

That's the ideal starting point. We take your existing assets — your logo, your color instincts, your early mood boards — and build a structured system around them. On the intro call, we'll review what you have and make sure it's a strong foundation to build from.

Question 4

What happens in Weeks 1 through 4?

Week 1: We build your Brand DNA. Positioning, palette, symbols, typography, and visual rules. Week 2: First generation rounds. We write prompts, generate images, and start sorting what works. Week 3: Refinement. We sharpen the best directions, cut what isn't working, and update your Brand DNA with what you've learned. Week 4: We package everything into a reusable system you can keep using and evolving on your own.

What if I need more time?

The program is designed as 4 sessions over 4 weeks. Everyone moves at a different pace, and we adjust the flow to match yours. If you'd like additional support after that, whether it's deeper refinement, new use cases, or ongoing guidance, you can book follow-up sessions individually.

Question 6

What is the refund or reschedule policy?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule any session with at least 24 hours' notice. If you need to cancel before your first session takes place, a full refund will be issued. Once the first working session has begun, refunds are not available, as your program slot, preparation, and coaching resources have already been committed. If something feels off-track during the program, we work together to adjust direction within the remaining sessions. All payments are processed securely through globally trusted platforms — you can pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

How does the booking flow work? Do I pay now?

No payment is required today. When you click 'Book a Free Intro Call', you'll schedule a free 30-minute chat. If we decide it's a good fit, I'll send you a secure payment link after the call. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive the onboarding form and a link to schedule Session 1.
